Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Pineville, NC to bring the brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You will represent the brand, stay energetic, and build loyalty with every guest while staying true to our values.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, assist across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, and promote the brand’s loyalty program. This role emphasizes teamwork and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and bring energy to fast-paced environments.
• You can handle multiple tasks and adapt to different store zones.
• You have prior retail experience or comfort in retail settings.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
• Work as part of a team to get the job done.
• Uphold company policies and integrity.
