Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day. You’ll be the face of the store, helping guests find exactly what they need and making their shopping experience memorable.

You love AE and Aerie products, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and are available evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll learn the AE Selling Model, earn employee discounts, and have opportunities for development within our team.

Qualifications

• You are a people person and enjoy engaging with guests.
• Available to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie items and suggest fits.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive store environment.
