• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find exactly what they need.

• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.

• Move flexibly between sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.

• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
