Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Humble, TX to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You’ll be the face of the brand, promote AE & Aerie products, and build loyalty with every guest.

You’ll engage guests using our selling model, share product knowledge, and invite them to join the AE loyalty program while flexing across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Must be 16+ and retail experienced.

Qualifications

• You're a people person who enjoys engaging with guests.
• You're energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced store.
• You're available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done.
