Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll greet guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and deliver an amazing shopping experience that leaves customers smiling.

You'll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, champion the loyalty program, and represent our values with integrity. Prior retail experience and availability evenings/weekends/holidays are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in retail.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to guide product choices.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and provide tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to deliver outstanding in-store experiences.
