Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Charleston, SC is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will greet guests, help them find products, and share the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.

You will educate guests about AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, and help resolve guest concerns while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Work as a team to get the job done.
