Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in Cheyenne. You will greet guests, share product knowledge, and help them find items that fit their style.

You represent the brand with energy, friendliness, and a genuine passion for AE and Aerie. In this role you’ll move between the sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom, contributing to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You’re available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You’ve worked in retail before.
• You’re at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Using the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored suggestions.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and assist coworkers to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
