You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote our loyalty program. You will also move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, delivering solutions with a friendly, energetic approach.

• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends, holidays).
• You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make tailored suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
