Job summary

Aerie is hiring a part-time Brand Ambassador in Barceloneta, PR, to bring the brand to life for every guest. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, educate customers on AE and Aerie products, and help build brand loyalty with a friendly, real you.

You’ll travel between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, resolve concerns, and support team success while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to engage customers with energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and suggest fitting options.
• Present the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to customers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Be a collaborative team player supporting store goals.
