American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Barceloneta, PR, is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll deliver an amazing shopping experience, greet guests, and proudly represent our values every day.

You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. You’ll resolve guest concerns while following policy and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable options.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
