Job summary

OFFLINE by Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Freehold, NJ to bring our brand to life in store. You’ll greet guests, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and deliver an amazing shopping experience that makes their day better.

As the brand’s face, you’ll use the AEO Selling Model, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding policy and integrity.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays)
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support team and contribute to getting the job done.
• Represent the brand with integrity.
