Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Barceloneta, PR is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and your energy helps guests feel valued and connected to AE.

You will engage guests with the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and introduce the loyalty program. You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, solving guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products and make recommendations.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest options that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain brand standards.
