Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring safety.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift; move heavy furniture up to 75 pounds; perform bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, stooping, crawling and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and optimism, actively selling while following the Lovesac selling process and maintaining a strong quotes pipeline.
• Build genuine connections to foster loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while delivering a fun, engaging experience and effectively closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
