Job summary

The Lovesac Company is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to connect with customers, drive results, and help people design products that fit their lifestyle and space. You are approachable, positive, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-first environment, representing Lovesac with integrity on the selling floor.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, delivering brand tours, closing sales, and maintaining a positive, high-energy store presence while upholding brand standards and safety.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights, to ensure you capitalize on demand, outperform goals, and maximize your earnings.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems to enhance customer experience and drive future outreach.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position and be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor.

• Take ownership of your performance, operating with confidence, strong decision-making, and disciplined execution to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
