Job summary

Grainger in Casper, WY is seeking a Branch Sales Specialist for a 30-hour workweek, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm, to connect with walk-in customers and support the branch team. You will help maximize sales, guide showroom promotions, and ensure accurate order entry, product selection, and safe loading of customer vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related sales/branch experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier with assistance.
• Strong communication and adaptability to different audiences.
• Basic proficiency with equipment used in branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions and connect with walk-in customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Lead showroom promotions, product specials, and exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee the customer experience: product selection, order entry, and loading customer vehicle.
• Navigate multiple computer applications for customer-facing and warehouse tasks.
• Support branch operations and report to the Branch Manager.
