Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in related field.
• Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and heavier loads with assistance.
• Adapt communication and style to differing audiences whether it is different personality types, other team members, in writing/email, over phone, or in person.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Use inclusive behaviors and multi-tasking/prioritization to serve as subject matter expert for branch team members.
• Maximize sales opportunities, take ownership and lead by example with showroom sales promotions and product specials.
• Oversee the entire customer experience: product selection, accurate order entry, maintenance, safely picking product, and loading customer vehicle.
• Learn and navigate several computer applications for customer-facing and warehouse activities.
• Perform actions to maximize sales opportunities and encourage customer loyalty.
