Job summary

Blumenthal Arts in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Ticketing Services Specialist to support in-person ticketing operations across venues. You will serve as lead-on-duty, handle sales, exchanges, and settlements while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years in ticketing or related fields, with leadership experience preferred. Proficiency in AudienceView and MS Office 365 is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in ticketing or related field and/or supervisory experience.
• Experience with AudienceView or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-duty during shifts, oversee in-person ticketing operations.
• Process ticket sales, exchanges, will call, refunds and other transactions.
• Open/close box office locations and reconcile daily activity.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after performances.
• Train and mentor new ticketing staff; communicate issues to management.
