Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use Microsoft 365 and a ticketing system.
• Stand and sit for long periods.
• Ascend/descend stairs.
• Lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Process phone and in-person ticket sales using computer-based ticketing software for live performances, films, lectures, and special events.
• Efficiently handle cash and card transactions.
• Ability to problem-solve ticket issues as needed.
• Answer guest inquiries whilst providing information on all ticketed events, prices, and special promotions.
• Organize and distribute “will-call” tickets at performance time.
• Assist with compiling sales reports and mailing lists.
• Assist with ushering as needed at performance times.
