Job summary

Ability to use Microsoft 365 and a ticketing system.
Stand and sit for long periods; ascend/descend stairs; lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

Process phone and in-person ticket sales using computer-based ticketing software for live performances, films, lectures, and events.
Efficiently handle cash and card transactions.
Resolve ticket issues and answer guest inquiries regarding events and promotions.
Organize and distribute will-call tickets at performance time.
Assist with compiling sales reports and mailing lists.
Provide ushering assistance at performance times as needed.
Assist with emergency situations and escort staff/guests as assigned.
