Responsibilities

Admissions Associates play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for guests.

This Role Typically
  • Answer questions, provide information, and sell tickets, tours, and memberships
  • Process payments and ticket distribution
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
As Needed This Role
  • Assist with events or other duties as assigned
Skills Relevant To This Role Include
  • Ability to learn and use a web‑based computer ticketing system (Tessitura)
  • Communicate effectively (verbally and written) in person, via telephone, and email
  • Work independently and with a team
  • Handle cash and payments
  • Maintain composure during peak times and high customer volume

This role must present a professional image in line with the internal dress code.

Qualifications
Physical
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Work in environments where temperature may fluctuate
Education
  • High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Tessitura experience
  • Verbal fluency in additional language(s) besides English

Anticipated Salary Range
