Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Sales Associate to support the store leadership and create an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You will greet customers, sell products, share knowledge, perform cash wrap, restock, and keep the shop organized.

This part-time role offers competitive hourly pay of $16, with weekend and holiday availability. You’ll join a team devoted to teamwork, training, and ongoing growth as Tecovas expands across Texas and beyond.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Sell products and maintain product knowledge.
• Handle cash wrap and POS transactions accurately.
• Restock shelves and keep stockroom organized and accessible.
• Assist in receiving shipments and preparing products for floor placement.
• Support loss prevention and participate in cycle counts and transfers.
