Job summary

Tecovas in Texas is looking for a Sales Associate to help the store leadership team deliver an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You will greet customers, sell products, perform cash wrap, stock shelves, and assist in maintaining a well-organized stockroom while upholding loss-prevention practices.

This role requires strong selling skills, reliability, and availability to work 15-20 hours per week including weekends; we offer competitive hourly pay

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product knowledge.
• Sell, process transactions, and perform cash wrap.
• Restock and stockroom organization.
• Assist in receiving shipments and store upkeep.
• Support loss prevention and cycle counts.
• Participate in team education and store events.
