Tecovas is seeking a Sales Associate to support the store leadership team in creating an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You will engage customers, share product knowledge, and handle cash wrap, stocking, and storekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist with branding, debossing, boot shaping, and maintenance.
• Assist with receiving shipments and stock preparation for display.
• Track in-transit shipments and communicate status to leadership.
• Maintain an organized stockroom for easy access by staff.
• Lead or assist with restocking to maintain stock levels.
• Support loss prevention through cycle counts and transfers.
• Contribute to staff education with product knowledge.
• Help maintain store facilities.
