Tecovas is hiring a Sales Associate to support the store leadership in delivering an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, handle sales and cash wrap, restock, and keep the shop organized while upholding Tecovas' commitment to quality and service.

Based in Austin, TX, Tecovas crafts premium Western boots and apparel, and this role supports a tight-knit team in a busy Dallas store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Sell, knowledgeably discuss products, and handle cash wrap.
• Assist with receiving shipments and stock placement.
• Maintain organized stockroom and communicate in-transit info.
• Support loss prevention, cycle counts, and transfers.
• Contribute to ongoing staff education and product knowledge.
• Assist in building and maintaining the store facilities.
