Tecovas is seeking a Sales Associate for part-time work in a fast-paced store environment focused on delivering an unmatched customer experience. You will greet customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and handle sales, restocking, and store upkeep.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable to commute to the work location.
• Part-time availability of 15–20 hours per week.
• Availability on weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Sell products with strong product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.
• Cash wrap, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
• Restock and organize stockroom for easy access by staff.
• Support receiving shipments and preparing products for floor placement.
• Assist in loss prevention and participate in cycle counts.
• Share product knowledge through ongoing staff education.
• Maintain building facilities and a clean, welcoming store environment.
