The Sherwin-Williams Company in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and recommend product solutions. You will help maintain displays, process sales, and support deliveries while ensuring high customer satisfaction and meeting store sales goals.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from shelves or warehouse and tint/mix to customer specs.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; keep store equipment clean.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and discuss available options; follow inventory procedures.
