Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience in a call center.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under frequent interruptions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails for scheduling, billing, and service inquiries.
• Manage customer inquiries, orders, complaints, troubleshooting, and returns with distribution centers and suppliers.
• Provide professional customer service with courtesy and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipping issues, product concerns, and service discrepancies.
• Coordinate with distribution centers and suppliers to process returns accurately.
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
