Project Access is seeking a Bilingual Community Program Coordinator in the Los Angeles area to design and run resident services programs across four pillars. You will engage residents, build partnerships, and coordinate after-school and teen activities while managing outreach and volunteer teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs; align with pillars.
• Coordinate after-school and teen programs with homework help and enrichment.
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops independently; ensure consistency when partners unavailable.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Organize community-building events to foster safe relationships among residents.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access community resources and services.
• Support food distribution needs and maintain food bank partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with property management; schedule regular check-ins.
• Lead monthly outreach including door-to-door and digital efforts.
• Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers and interns for programming.
• Utilize a personal vehicle for supplies and attend offsite meetings (mileage reimbursed).
• Publish monthly newsletters and calendars of events.
• Collect program outcomes data with emphasis on social impact.
