Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong English reading/writing/speaking/listening.
• Proven customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers; ensure proper documentation for import operations.
• Prepare documentation prior to flight arrival or departure; review and distribute copies.
• Travel to the Airport Operations Area to meet flights and handle documents.
• Notify broker or freight forwarder on MAWB arrival and coordinate with customers.
• Capture AWB data into airline systems and maintain records; print NOTOC and related reports.
