Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee airport passenger service functions, monitor performance, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. The role includes training staff and administering fair practices while coordinating with operations and weight/balance responsibilities.

The position requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent with 6 months to 1 year of related experience, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language
• Ability to read, write and fluently speak and understand the Spanish language
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates, and controls airport passenger service functions.
• Monitors the quality and quantity of work performance.
• Ensures compliance with Company rules, regulations and safety standards.
• Trains subordinates and administers practices fairly and equitably.
• Read, understand and clarify security plan implementation and ensure staff display ID.
