Worldwide Flight Services in Dallas is hiring for a customer service clerk supporting import operations. You will greet customers, assist with documentation, and coordinate communication internally and externally. Pay is $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include preparing MAWB documents, handling TSA screening, and ensuring accurate data capture in airline systems. Must meet physical requirements and have legal work status in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must provide proof of the legal right to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist with documentation for import operations.
• Prepare MAWB documents and review, organize, and distribute paperwork.
• Meet flight upon arrival or departure in the Airport Operational Area to retrieve or drop off documents.
• Notify broker or freight forwarder of MAWB shipments status.
• Capture AWB information into airline systems and print manifests and NOTOC.
• Verify post-flight inventory and maintain records.
