Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is hiring an Agent in Airport Operations to oversee inbound and outbound flight activity, update schedules, and manage gate assignments for smooth airport operations. You will prepare reports, coordinate for emergencies, and maintain records with a focus on security and service delivery.

The role requires high attention to detail, strong English communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, in a part-time capacity.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inbound and outbound flight activity.
• Prepare daily reports on arrivals/departures and update schedules.
• Coordinate with departments for emergencies and fuel stops.
• Manage gate assignments and monitor security procedures.
• Assist customers with wheelchairs and billing documentation.
