San Diego Youth Services seeks a bilingual License-Eligible Clinician for the Adoptions Program in San Diego. This part-time, 20-hour-per-week role reports to the Program Manager and involves trauma-informed, attachment-based therapy with youth and families in the adoption process.

The position requires a Masters in a relevant field, bilingual English/Spanish, and flexibility to meet program needs across in-home, on-site, or school settings.

Qualifikationen

• Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or related field required.
• License-eligible MSW, MFT, APCC or LCSW preferred.
• Bilingual required– English/Spanish.
• Knowledge of case plan development and collaboration with multiple agencies and public entities.
• Must be willing to develop trauma-informed care and dual diagnosis treatment.
• Familiar with attachment and adoption/permanency issues.
• Flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Excellent oral and written skills; able to work autonomously and with others.
• Must have reliable vehicle, auto insurance, clean driving record; mileage reimbursement available; CPR/First Aid certification.

Aufgaben

• Develop, implement, and evaluate an integrated treatment approach for youth and families in adoption processes.
• Provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused clinical services (individual, family, in-home, group) as assigned.
• Coordinate intake, enrollment, and service-related documentation within required timelines.
• Deliver curricula and facilitate parent/youth/family groups on attachment, trauma, permanency, and therapeutic parenting.
• Collaborate with schools and community partners to support treatment goals.
