This position demands a Master’s degree and bilingual skills in English and Spanish, alongside a valid California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with youth and families is required.
• Must be highly organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides assessment, evaluation, plan development, and crisis intervention.
• Facilitates the High Fidelity Wraparound Team development and process.
• Coordinates and ensures the implementation of client plans.
