Job summary

San Diego Youth Services seeks a Bilingual License-Eligible Clinician for the Adoptions Program in San Diego. This part-time, non-exempt role requires 20 hours per week and reports to the Program Manager.

The Clinician will provide trauma-informed, attachment-based services to youth and families, including in-home and school-based interventions, and will participate in a multidisciplinary team to strengthen permanency and family stability for adoptive families.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in related field and license-eligible.
• Licensure-eligible MSW, MFT, APCC or LCSW preferred.
• Bilingual required - English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, attachment-based clinical services to youth and families in adoption process.
• Deliver individual, family, and in-home therapy; group facilitation; intake coordination.
• Develop treatment plans, coordinate services, and ensure contract compliance.
• Conduct program intake, enrollment, outreach, and waitlist management within required timelines.
• Facilitate parent, youth, and family groups on topics like attachment, trauma, and permanency.
• Coordinate placement into clinical services and maintain enrollment documentation.
• Participate in trainings and multidisciplinary meetings; support staff and volunteers.
