LifeWise Academy seeks a part-time substitute teacher in Ohio. The role requires a mature Christian faith, active church involvement, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to teach LifeWise content.

You will train as needed, implement provided lesson plans, and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom while adhering to LifeWise policies and discipline guidelines. Community representation is also expected.

Qualifications

• Mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise beliefs.
• Active participation in a local church with compatible doctrine.
• Ability to teach LifeWise content with care and clarity.

Responsibilities

• Complete substitute teacher training.
• Teach LifeWise classes on an as-needed basis.
• Implement lesson plans using LifeWise curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, organized, stimulating classroom per LifeWise policies.
• Follow the program's student discipline policy.
• Take attendance and provide records to the teacher.
• Maintain a clean, well-ordered classroom and know emergency procedures.
• Act as LifeWise ambassador in the community and communicate plans with volunteers and the teacher.
