A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

Complete substitute teacher training.
Teach LifeWise classes on an as-needed basis.
Implement the lesson plans using LifeWise curriculum provided by the teacher.
Maintain a safe, organized and stimulating classroom environment per LifeWise policies.
Follow the program's student discipline policy.
Maintain records: take attendance in each class and provide attendance records to the teacher.
Maintain classroom: keep a clean, attractive and well-ordered classroom; know emergency procedures.
Communicate: act as an ambassador within the community; communicate lesson plans with volunteers before class and with the teacher.
Communicate with the teacher.
