Job summary

LifeWise Academy in Ohio seeks a part-time teacher to share Bible-based lessons with both churched and unchurched public school students using LifeWise curriculum.

You will complete certification, maintain class records, engage with students, build relationships, and communicate LifeWise's mission in line with our beliefs. Active church involvement and a mature Christian faith are required; previous classroom experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience in school or church settings.
• Active local church involvement aligned with LifeWise beliefs.
• Mature Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training: Certification within 30 days and annual LifeWise Summit.
• Teach LifeWise Classes using the LifeWise curriculum and map curriculum customization.
• Maintain Records by taking attendance and keeping rosters and permissions up to date.
• Maintain the Classroom with a clean, organized space and safe procedures.
• Communicate as a LifeWise ambassador, attend events and share LifeWise's religious mission.
