Job summary

Banyan Treatment Center in Milford, DE is seeking a Clinical Support Staff to join our Clinical team and help drive exceptional care. In this role you will guide patients through engaging group sessions, assist with biopsychosocial assessments, and support primary therapists to ensure the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.

You will participate in multidisciplinary reviews, complete baseline assessments, help with documentation, and cover client caseloads when therapists

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field.
• Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews with preparation.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments (biopsychosocial).
• Conduct group sessions.
• Assist Therapists and Case Managers as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation timely.
• Cover client caseload in absence of Primary Therapists.
• Assist therapist in familial communication and documentation.
• Assist clients in managing outside stressors.
• Maintain clinical records per program policies and licensing regulations.
• Assist Therapist and Case Manager with discharge planning.
