Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers in Milford, Delaware, is seeking a Clinical Support Staff member to join our clinical team. You will guide patients through group sessions, assist primary therapists, and help maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

This part-time role (24 hours per week) emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and reliable documentation to support life-changing outcomes for individuals overcoming addiction and mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field.
• Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews with adequate preparation.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments and biopsychosocial documentation.
• Conduct group sessions and assist Therapists and Case Managers.
• Maintain clinical records per licensing and program policies.
• Cover client caseload in absence of Primary Therapists.
• Assist with discharge planning and family communication.
