Banyan Treatment Centers in Langhorne, PA is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support team member to assist in delivering high-quality behavioral health and substance use treatment services. You will support therapists and case managers with assessments, group facilitation, documentation, and treatment planning in a patient-centered environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field.
• Licensure-eligible or pursuing licensure in a behavioral health discipline preferred.
• Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment settings preferred.
• Knowledge of confidentiality regulations and Joint Commission standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews and assess patient needs, progress, barriers, and strategies.
• Complete baseline biopsychosocial assessments per program standards and supervision.
• Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational groups as assigned.
• Assist therapists and case managers with patient care coordination and daily treatment tasks.
• Provide coverage for assigned patient caseloads in the absence of primary therapists.
• Support patient engagement and family communication related to care.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately within required timeframes in the EMR.
• Assist with discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
