Job summary

Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a Clinical Support Staff to join our Clinical- MH team, guiding patients through group sessions, biopsychosocial assessments, and supporting primary therapists to ensure high-quality care. This full-time, on-site role in Laurel Run, PA requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to manage documentation and discharge planning within regulatory standards.

You will participate in multidisciplinary reviews and help coordinate patient care through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related Human Services field required.
• Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.
• Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Licensure eligible in PA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate effectively in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews, demonstrating preparation and understanding of patient issues, progress, and strategies.
• Completes baseline clinical assessments, biopsychosocial.
• Conducts groups.
• Assist Therapist and Case Manager as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Responsible for covering client caseload in absence of Primary Therapists.
• Assists Therapist in familial communication and documentation.
• Assists client in managing outside stressors.
• Maintains clinical records according to program policies and licensing/accrediting agencies.
• Assists Therapist and Case Manager with discharge planning.
