Banyan Treatment Center seeks a Clinical Support Staff to join the Clinical- MH team in Laurel Run, PA. You will guide patients through group sessions, biopsychosocial assessments, and support primary therapists to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

You will participate in treatment plan reviews, complete assessments, conduct groups, and help with discharge planning while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related Human Services field.
• Adherence to Healthcare Code of Ethics.
• Familiarity with Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of State and Federal confidentiality regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews with prep.
• Complete baseline clinical assessments and biopsychosocial.
• Conduct groups.
• Assist Therapist and Case Manager as needed.
• Complete clinical documentation promptly.
• Cover client caseload in absence of Primary Therapists.
• Assist Therapist in familial communication and documentation.
• Assist client in managing outside stressors.
• Maintain clinical records per program policies and licensure standards.
• Assist Therapist and Case Manager with discharge planning.
