ABA Centers of America is hiring Behavioral Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in various settings under BCBA supervision. You will teach communication and daily living skills, track progress, and maintain accurate data while collaborating with BCBAs and families.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or progress toward certification preferred.
• Strong communication with families, schools, and BCBA supervision.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills to clients.
• Collect, organize, and document session data accurately.
• Work with BCBAs, team members, and families; participate in team meetings and trainings.
