Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians to join a center-based team, collaborating with BCBAs to deliver 1-1 treatment for children with ASD. We offer guaranteed hours part-time or full-time, paid training, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting progress data, and communicating with families and supervisors. Candidates should have an active RBT, reliable transportation, and a high school diploma, with strong communication skills and

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment plan effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (standing, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
