Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team. You will implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA and collect data to monitor each client's progress.

You will help train families, stay responsive to client needs, and maintain clear communication with the treatment team in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma and RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Assist BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Respond promptly to client, family, and supervisor needs.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team.
• Provide physical support to children during sessions as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by BCBA/LBA.
