Job summary

Little Scholars Services is seeking a part‑time Behavior Technician to work in‑home with children, delivering play‑based interventions to build communication, social, and daily living skills. Training is provided, and there is ongoing clinical supervision to support your growth within the role.

No prior ABA experience is required; within 90 days, you’ll have access to National certification support. Expect a flexible schedule, with afternoons/evenings and some weekend availability, and

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Ability to collect and track progress data to measure improvements.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support each child’s development.

Responsibilities

• Teach through play to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Be a positive role model to encourage progress and independence.
• Stay active during sessions with movement and hands‑on activities.
• Track progress by collecting session data and notes; training provided.
