Job summary

Little Scholars Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children in in-home sessions, building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities. No ABA experience required; paid training and supervision provided.

The role is part-time with afternoon/evening hours, pay $18–$25 per hour plus hire-on bonus. Training is provided and RBT certification support is available within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of experience working with children (paid or volunteer).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Teach Through Play: help children build communication, social interaction, and daily routines.
• Be a Positive Role Model: encourage progress and independence; celebrate wins.
• Stay Active: sessions involve movement, play, and hands-on engagement.
• Track Progress: collect session data and notes (training provided).
• Support Families: collaborate with families and clinical team to support growth.
