Job summary

The Behavior Lab is an in-home and community-based ABA therapy provider hiring a Part-Time ABA Behavior Technician. You will work one-on-one with children in home, clinic, school, or community settings, delivering play-based ABA sessions and data-driven progress tracking.

Paid training is provided, and a supportive clinical team guides your development. The role offers afternoon/evening hours to accommodate families and goals focused on communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College coursework in psychology, education, child development, or related field is a plus.
• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Organized, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and evenings.
• Positive attitude and willingness to make a difference.
• Preferably after school and evenings; M-F 3 pm to 8 pm.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home, clinic, school, or community settings.
• Making learning engaging through play-based and interactive activities.
• Supporting children in reaching individualized goals and celebrating their progress.
• Collecting data and documenting skill development and behaviors.
• Collaborating with families and team members to ensure consistency and success.
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet each child\'s unique strengths and needs.
• Bringing patience, positivity, creativity, and energy to every session.
