Job summary

Little Scholars Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to work with children, building communication, social, and daily living skills through play-based activities. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and partner with families and our clinical team to support each child's development.

The role is in-home in the Los Angeles area, afternoons and evenings, with paid training provided and no prior ABA experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months experience with children.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background and health screenings.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Teach children through play to build communication, social interaction, and daily routines.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and track progress with data collection.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team to support development.
• Conduct in-home sessions, with some center-based sessions as needed.
• Maintain session notes and participate in training and supervision.
